DEWALT DCV580H Review

The DEWALT DCV580H Vacuum is a cordless wet and dry vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful suction of approximately 31 cubic feet per minute, allowing it to be used for a wide range of purposes. It has a high 2 gallon tank capacity, enough to empty a toilet and unblock a clogged pipe. It has an easily accessible filter which can be washed with tap water and reused. The HEPA wet/dry filter can trap dust as small as 0.3 microns.

There are a number of accessories. These are a 5ft heavy-duty crush-resistant hose with a 1-1/4 inch diameter, a crevice tool attachment and a wide nozzle attachment. There's on-board accessory storage to facilitate compact storage. Note that the 20V MAX batteries are sold separately.

• Battery - The DEWALT DCV580H is cordless, instead using 20V MAX batteries. These are sold separately.

All things considered, the DEWALT DCV580H Vacuum is a powerful and highly effective appliance. It's capable of vacuuming dry materials as well as liquids and pipe blockages. The filter is a reliable HEPA filter and can easily be accessed, removed, rinsed and reinstalled. It traps tiny particles as small as 0.3 microns.
