Shark HZ500UK Review

The Shark HZ500UK Vacuum Cleaner is a cordless, upright stick that converts into a hand-held to give more control. It's suitable for hard floors and carpets as a stick, and sofas, stairs and upholstery as a hand-held. The Shark HZ500UK is a highly flexible appliance, bending in the middle to facilitate convenient vacuuming underneath furniture. It's aided by a multi-surface tool and a crevice tool for dislodging dust/dirt from tight spaces.

A lot of effort has gone into designing the floor head, as it contains a number of useful features. The floor head itself is a "DuoClean", meaning it glides across different floor types without the head needing to be switched out. The internal brush-roll is designed with anti hair wrap technology which essentially causes the brush-roll to clean itself as it goes.

All things considered, the Shark HZ500UK Vacuum Cleaner is a powerful cordless appliance with a flexible middle and a well designed floor head and brush-roll. It's packed with features, including a crevice tool, a multi-surface tool, a large dust tank and a 10 metre operating radius.
